"Am I privileged because I'm white?" To truly be an ally we need to examine ourselves first. Since we are three white women with a podcast, we knew this is where we needed to start the conversation. So, in Episode 5, get comfortable being uncomfortable. Each and every one of us is responsible for resolving the issues of racism.  It's time for us to check our white privilege.

We are constantly learning and willing to learn during this critical time in history. It's time for white people to pick up the slack and realize their role in this fight. There will be more discussions to come on white privilege, systematic racism and how we can be antiracist so we can better support the people who need it the most and ally with them.
